The position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all payment activities, including shareholder disbursements and closing-day transactions. You will lead and develop multi-layered operations teams while driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement. Acting as a key cross-functional partner, you will collaborate closely with client service, reconciliation, product, and banking stakeholders to reduce exceptions and strengthen process integrity.
