Indigenous Pact specializes in developing customized and turn-key solutions to generate sustainable revenue, increase healthcare access, and improve health outcomes for all Native Americans.</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Job Title:</strong> Director, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)</li> <li><strong>Salary: </strong>$120,000 - $160,000 - pay to be based on years of experience and location within Washington State</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Washington State</li> <li><strong>Work model:</strong> Hybrid (Auburn, Tumwater, Spokane)</li> <li><strong>Travel Requirements</strong>: Intra- and Inter-state travel as required </li> <li><strong>Reports to: </strong>VP, Care Community Lead</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Job Summary:</span></strong></p> <div>The Director of NEMT will own and lead the centralized activities of the transportation infrastructure used by Washington State Care communities, including but not limited to Auburn, Seattle Tumwater, and Spokane. The position will be responsible for collaborating with decentralized Dispatch and Fleet operations ensuring they are supported in vehicle acquisition and returns, invoicing local brokers, strategic planning needed to scale, data analytics, and routing software.</div> <p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">Essential Job Functions:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and lead a multi-year transportation program strategy supporting patient access and organizational growth</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Define the responsibility matrix between Indigenous Pact and clinic teams covering safety, compliance, maintenance, insurance, and ADA requirements</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto&quo
