Overseeing four critical pillars—Platform Architecture, DataOps, MLOps, and Data Quality—this role harmonizes these disciplines to create a seamless, self-service data environment. The Team Lead ensures that 2K’s studios and data scientists can efficiently move from raw telemetry to actionable insights, aligning technical strategy with the organization's global strategic goals.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Roadmap & Vision:</strong> Define and execute the technical strategy for 2K’s data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow).
