About the role

<p>We seek a Marketing and Brand Lead to join our Hong Kong office, playing a pivotal role in shaping IMC’s employer brand and recruitment marketing  from execution through to planning and delivery. You’ll bring deep marketing expertise, analytical rigour, and regional knowledge, with a thorough understanding of the APAC market landscape and the cultural fluency to connect authentically with talent across the region.</p> <p>This role reports to the Head of Marketing, APAC, and works closely with global marketing, recruitment, and HR teams. Based in our Hong Kong office, you will serve as the on-the-ground marketing executor for the region and have the autonomy to drive the regional marketing agenda forward independently, raising issues and escalating decisions, where needed. From time to time, you may provide additional support on broader regional initiatives and projects.</p> <h3><strong>Your Core Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serving as a strategic thought partner on APAC recruitment marketing strategy by sharing on-the-ground market insight, competitive awareness, observations, and recommendations on how IMC should be positioned in these markets.</li> <li>Driving execution of campus recruitment marketing strategy. You’ll activate IMC’s presence in Hong Kong and work with the recruitment team to build IMC’s profile as an employer of choice.</li> <li>Identifying and feeding insights on new marketing opportunities and channels for the region, synthesising market signals, platform trends, and audience behaviour to inform where IMC should invest and why.</li> <li>Translating recruitment targets and business requirements into compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage top-tier candidates.</li> <li>Collaborating closely with recruiters to expand candidate pipelines and generate quality leads through online and onsite activations, nurturing those leads through to application.</li> <li>Building and maintaining a strong talent pool through targeted direct email and CRM marketing campaigns, with sensitivity to platform preferences and communication norms.</li> <li>Producing and adapting content across channels and overseeing the full lifecycle of branded merchandise, with strong judgment on what works.</li> <li>Collaborating with global marketing teams on global initiatives, including external partnerships and events such as gaming and chess competitions, trading challenges, and hackathons.</li> <li>Managing external partners and agencies and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale across content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Skills and Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
