The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting and guiding junior team members.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and optimize the cash collection process with incorporating customer service skills.</li><li>Develop strategies to improve collection rates.</li><li>Resolve complex client queries and collaborate with Partners.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.</li><li>Support colleagues and resolve complex cases.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies with care of quality standards and service excellence.</li><li>Collaborate with Local Finance teams and various stakeholders.</li></ul>
