This team owns execution across assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing, resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the execution of aircraft assembly and integration from initial planning through final delivery</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the technical and programmatic point of contact, managing coordination between engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality assurance teams</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers to track progress and ensure milestones are met</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee the physical integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems into aircraft platforms</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"&
