You’re in.</p></div><div class="p1">We are looking for a <strong>Head of Sports CRM</strong> to lead the global CRM strategy for our Sportsbook vertical across multiple international markets. This role focuses on driving retention, engagement, reactivation, and long-term player value through data-driven lifecycle management and sportsbook-focused CRM campaigns.</div> <div class="p1">You will own the Sports CRM direction globally, lead a high-performing team, and work closely with Product, BI, VIP, Trading, and Marketing teams to create engaging customer journeys for sportsbook players.</div> <p class="p2"><strong>Location: </strong>Valencia, on-site</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Define and execute the global Sports CRM strategy across multiple markets</li> <li class="p1">Own the full sportsbook player lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention</li> <li class="p1">Build CRM campaigns around major sports events, tournaments, and betting behavior</li> <li class="p1">Develop segmentation strategies based on player value, betting activity, and engagement patterns</li> <li class="p1">Create personalized communication strategies across Email, SMS, Push, In-App, and onsite channels</li> <li class="p1">Analyze CRM performance using KPIs such as LTV, ARPU, retention, conversion, turnover, and churn</li> <li class="p1">Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns, bonuses, and player journeys</li> <li class="p1">Develop sportsbook promotional mechanics, including free bets, odds boosts, missions, streaks, and leaderboards</li> <li class="p1">Collaborate with Product and Trading teams on sportsbook offers and engagement strategies</li> <li class="p1">Ensure CRM activity aligns with local regulations and responsible gaming requirements</li> <li class="p1">Lead and mentor a global CRM team</li> <li class="p1">Monitor competitor activity, CRM trends, and sportsbook engagement mechanics</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><
