We are looking for a data-informed marketing professional to join our Tokyo team.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between community engagement and performance marketing. You will focus on maximizing the reach of our titles through Social Media &amp; paid media strategy and data analysis, to ensure 2K’s brand resonates powerfully across the Japanese gaming landscape.</p> <p><strong>Social Media Strategy &amp; Paid Media Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the integrated planning, execution, and management of paid media campaigns (Paid Social, YouTube, Search, etc.) to maximize reach and user acquisition for 2K titles in Japan.</li> <li>Manage and support 2K Japan’s overall social media strategy in alignment with global brand directions, ensuring content is localized and resource-efficient.</li> <li>Partner with the Social Media Manager to identify high-pe
