<h2><strong>The Wow</strong></h2> <p>In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex CRM project initiatives that span across multiple commercial regions.</p> <p>With Central CRM Services focus, you will lead a team to provide highest quality service and value for the stakeholders in our ever-expanding environment. You specialize in projects that enable commercial CRM capabilities on existing and new markets, ensuring the operations are efficient and compliant.</p> <h2><strong>A taster of what you will be involved with:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Full central CRM project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for a few major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.</li> <li>Ensure that all projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.</li> <li>Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.</li> <li>Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork across multiple commercial regions, innovation, and excellence.</li> <li>Participate in establishing CRM best practices, strategy, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the Betsson Group.</li> <li>Ownership of the Central CRM Services to provide highest level of service and value for the organization <ul> <li>CRM content template management</li> <li>Service communications</li> <li>CRM training &amp; incidents reporting</li> <li>Email &amp; landing page design</li> </ul> </li> <li>Team management</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A degree in economics, marketing, business or IT management or equivalent work experience&nbsp;</li> <li>At least 5 years’ experience from igaming, ideally in a project management role</li> <li>Proven experience in successful project management</li> <li>At least 3 years’ experience from a people manager role.</li> <li>Can build and sustain effective communications with key stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Good understanding of player segmentation, player bonuses and incentives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, ideally from Salesforce or Xtremepush.&nbsp;</li> <li>Genuine interest in the online casino sector and sportsbook betting products.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <h2 style="text-align: center;">Challenge accepted?</h2> <p style="text-align: center;"><str
