As we continue the rapid global expansion, the WFM &amp; Business Planning team sits at the center of our growth, enabling scalable store operations, labor efficiency, and a consistent and elevated customer experience across every region we operate in.</p> <p>The Director, Retail WFM &amp; Business Planning is an enterprise leader responsible for defining, scaling, and executing Alo’s global WFM &amp; business planning capability. This role owns our bottoms-up sales budgeting, monthly goal setting and reforecasting, labor budgeting and planning, and associated reporting capability.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSBILITIES</strong></p> <p><em>Budgeting &amp; Reporting</em></p> <ul> <li>Own our annual budgeting process, building bottoms-up budgets for all stores globally across sales, labor, and other P&amp;L lines.</li> <li>Oversee reporting and storytelling around overall store performance, bridging from forecasts to actuals.</li> <li>Support cross-functional reporting requests, including development of enterprise-level platform-based reporting.</li> </ul> <p><em>Business Planning &amp; Forecasting</em></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and refine regular reforecasting capabilities used to support business planning, product buys, promotional planning, and monthly goal setting.</li> <li>Partner with Technology, Data, and Analytics teams to evolve forecasting models, enhance reporting, and increase automation and self-service insight for field leaders.</li> <li>Oversee store bonus program management and execution.</li> <li>Support ad hoc analytics and reporting for pilots, initiatives, and executive requests.</li> <li>Build and leverage AI tools to automate and refine approach for business forecasting.</li> </ul> <p><em>Labor Planning &amp; Forecasting</em></p> <ul> <li>Manage WFM planning cadence, decision forums, and global governance model.
