The ideal candidate will be a certified Scrum professional with extensive experience working across various teams, especially in environments involving system integrations and migration initiatives.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional development teams.</li> <li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and actionable product backlogs.</li> <li>Remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and ensure teams are working effectively toward sprint goals.</li> <li>Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum values, and collaborative best practices.</li> <li>Coordinate dependencies and communication across various development, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams.</li> <li>Support technical initiatives including integrations, data migrations, and cross-team delivery efforts.</li> <li>Track, analyze, and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, team performance) to drive impro
