Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.</p></div><p>Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this full-time VP role will serve as the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO) and support the CMO in leading the Medical Affairs team. The DCMO will bring deep clinical credibility, commercial acumen, and ecosystem influence to drive continual clinical quality improvement (especially in medication management), build new care-delivery programs, accelerate the integration of AI into care services, and provide external thought leadership to customers and other stakeholders. This is a remote position with travel expected once a month for company and external customer/prospect meetings.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the evolution of core clinical programs across the organization and serve as a critical thought partner in developing new care programs</li> <li>Lead the execution and quality improvement of the medication management capability and other programs across the organization</li> <li>Ensure ethical, safe, and well-designed use of AI tools to improve provider care delivery across all areas of mental health care</li> <li>Serve as a clinical representative with external stakeholders, including health plans, large employer clients, key sales / partnership conversations and complex customer topic conversations (e.g., outcomes, safety, prescribing practices)</li> <li>Act as a senior change leader on Spring Health’s most complex and strategic initiatives - ensuring clinical clarity, alignment, and adoption while reinforcing our culture and values.</li> </ul> <p><strong>
