You will own the marketing function end-to-end — brand, positioning, content, product marketing, community, and events — and sit on the leadership team. You'll partner closely with Revenue and Product to translate what we do into a story churches trust, and then scale how we tell it.</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000">This is a builder's seat. You inherit a small, capable team of three and a strong foundation, with the mandate to shape the strategy, the team, and the tooling that take us to the next level.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h4><span style="color:#121317">What you’ll own</span></h4><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Marketing strategy</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — the multi-year plan: how we grow, in which markets, and through which motions.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Brand & positioning</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — how a church recognises ChurchDesk as a partner, not a vendor.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Content & thought leadership</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — building trust at scale through editorial, storytelling, and a consistent voice across markets.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Product marketing</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — launches, messaging, competitive positioning, and sales enablement, in lockstep with Product.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Community & events</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — webinars, newsletters, on-site events across our markets, led through your two specialists.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Pipeline contribution</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — defining and delivering marketing's contribution to revenue, jointly with the Revenue team.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Team</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — coach and grow the existing team; selectively expand as the business scales.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Budget, vendors & martech</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> — accountability for spend and the systems that measure it.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul>
