The NSPA facilitates the collective acquisition and management of goods and services, ranging from military equipment to general supplies, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of NATO operations.</p> <p>The agency's responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Procurement <ul> <li>Managing the acquisition of a wide range of goods and services, including military equipment, supplies, and support services.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Logistics <ul> <li>Offering logistics support such as transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure that NATO forces have the necessary resources when and where they are needed.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Maintenance <ul> <li>Providing maintenance and repair services for military equipment, ensuring operational readiness, and extending the lifespan of assets.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Project Management <ul> <li>Overseeing and implementing various projects, including infrastructure development and other support activities.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>The NSPA operates under the direction of the NATO Support and Procurement Organization (NSPO), which sets the strategic goals and policies for the agency.
