<p><strong>Your mission</strong></p><p>At Manuchar we are transforming towards our state-of-the-art 2.0 platform and ERP plays a crucial role in this journey! At the moment we have around 40 different ERP-system and the goal is to move all affiliates to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a long journey that won’t happen overnight. </p><p>We are therefore looking to onboard a D365 Expert in HR modules to join our Commercial Off the Shelf team. Code named the "ERP for HR" project.</p><p>Your responsibilities are:</p><ul><li>Analyze existing systems and business models</li><li>Recommend resolutions and improvements</li><li>Provide consolidate findings on components or processes</li><li>Ensure security by design</li><li>Shape documentation</li><li>Provide advanced, component technical support</li><li><p>Resolve issues prior to and following testing</p><p> </p></li></ul>
<p><strong>What do you need to be successful in your mission?</strong></p><ul><li>You have minimum 3 years of experience as functional expert of D365 FO HRM Modules</li><li>Experience implementing Dynamics 365 FO HRM solutions</li><li>Knowledge in the following modules: Fundamentals, Compensation Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Case Management, Performance Management, Competency Management, LMS integration and Payroll interfacing</li><li>You are hands-on with a ‘can do attitude’</li><li>You are proactive, adaptive and thinking in terms of solutions</li><li>You are flexible and paying attention to details</li><li>You are structured.</li><li>You are credible and reliable & can influence and convince the organization with an in-depth argumentation and demonstration.</li><li>You are a dynamic team player.</li><li>You are able to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.</li><li><p> You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.</p><p> </p></li></ul>
