In this role, you will work within an agile engineering team to design, build, and improve scalable products and features, while contributing to technical decisions, mentoring peers, and promoting engineering best practices.</p> <h5 style="font-weight: 600;">Key Responsibilities</h5> <ul> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Work as part of an Agile engineering team, following best practices to deliver maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Design, develop, and enhance product features across both backend and frontend systems.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define technical requirements, and validate new product functionalities.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Independently clarify technical requirements, assess development effort, and propose effective design approaches.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code with a strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and customer experience.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement across the team.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to architectural discussions, especially around microservices and serverless solutions.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Promote a culture of collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Support and improve CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment processes.</li> <li class="p-large" style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure backend applications follow security best practices, including familiarity with OWASP principles.</li> <li class="p-large"
