Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.</p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>HP Hood, a leading dairy manufacturer, has an exciting opportunity for a Stationary Maintenance Engineer.  This position will be responsible for welding, electrical, boilers, refrigeration, machinery repair and general maintenance.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Welding</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lay out materials and fabricate according to plant blueprints and sketches.</li> <li>Use all types of welding rods for proper bonding, penetration and flow.</li> <li>Practice proper use of cutting torch and acetylene welder</li> </ul> <p><strong>Electrical</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate proper use and application of electrical test OVM meter.</li> <li>Perform proper installations of electrical motors.</li> <li>Install conduit and pull electrical wires to code.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Boilers</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform feed water tests and add proper chemicals as needed.</li> <li>Maintain proper TDS levels in the boiler.</li> <li>Operate boilers on natural gas or fuel.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Refrigeration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain head pressures to obtain proper temperatures.</li> <li>Switch refrigeration compressors from high side to low side or intermediate side as needed.</li> <li>Perform and maintain oil drained from ammonia in our refrigeration systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Machinery Repair</strong></p> <ul> <li>Follow factory "ASSEMBLY BLUE PRINTS" and put them into proper use.</li> <li>Demonstrate proper use of hand tools.</li> <li>Demonstrate the proper u
