This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-growth, PE-backed business, responsible for building, scaling and transforming a regional sales organisation to deliver ambitious growth targets.   This is a pure leadership position. You will be a force multiplier for your team, driving operational rigour, and creating a high-performance sales culture built for sustained growth. You are an AI experienced leader who knows how to weave AI into sales teams day to day for optimisation and extensibility.   Duties and Responsibilities
