About the role
<p>Our cities are changing. The shift towards sustainable mobility coupled with an ever increasing density is shaping the new urban landscape. Key challenges are arising such as:</p><ul><li>How can we free-up space in our streets and give it back to pedestrians and cyclists without ignoring the impact on drivers?</li><li>How can we enable the electrification of vehicles with the suitable charging infrastructure?</li><li>Where should all the bicycles, cargo bikes, and scooters go at the end of the ride?</li></ul><p>BePark aims to provide a better mobility experience to this generation and the next. In short, we hunt for unused private parkings and open them to the crowd for various uses: car park (keeping cars off-street), bicycles, EV charging, Last-mile delivery, ...</p><p>Our goal is ultimately to generate a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.</p><p>Today we are a team of 25 delivering mobility services across 500 parking lots for our community of 16k active users. Let's grow this network together !</p><p>As a Property Manager, your main responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Increase the uptime & ensure the accessibility of our more than 500 parking locations</li><li>Reduce operational cost per location thanks to an efficient and proactive approach in terms of parking management</li></ul><p></p><p>Your tasks will be as follows:</p><ol><li> <strong>Facility management (80% of time) :</strong> </li></ol><ul><ul><li>Plan and coordinate the on-site installation of BePark access systems and order other necessary hardware to operate a parking lot;</li><li>Configure new parking locations in the ERP and Parking Management System (PMS);</li><li>Handle & resolve issues on our parkings reported by the our customer service, key account managers or landlords;</li><li>Coordinate with parking owners to ensure smooth accessibility and minimize downtime (i.e., periods of inaccessibility);</li><li>Supervise and support external or internal service providers working in the parking facilities (e.g., security control rounds, maintenance teams).</li><li>Monitor all parking locations and communicate potential issues to relevant internal teams in a timely manner;</li><li>Develop and implement resolution strategies for recurring problems;</li><li>Regularly update and maintain the facility database, including technical contacts and operational information for all sites.</li></ul></ul><ol><li> <strong>Technical Project Management (20% of time)</strong> </li><ul><li>Lead the installation of smart access systems and proprietary hardware in high-stakes or technically challenging environments.</li><li>Manage the rollout of electric charging stations (coordinating with installers, monitoring technical compliance, and scaling the network).</li><li>Process Engineering: Identify bottlenecks in the "New Parking Activation" workflow and design automated or optimized procedures to speed up time-to-market.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Asset Management teams for complex parking tenders.</li><li>Audit current operational structures and draft the roadmap for the future "Projects & Infrastructure" department.</li></ul></ol>
