<strong>Vivaldis Office</strong> is looking for a <strong>Customer Service Officer</strong> for our client in <strong>Hasselt</strong>. If you have any questions, you can reach us by phone on +3211 94 81 56.<br><br>Your duties as a <strong>customer service officer</strong> will include:<ul><li><strong>You'll respond to incoming phone calls and mails</strong>;</li><li>You'll gather the necessary information and check it's accuracy and completeness;</li><li>You'll provide the needed<strong> technical support </strong>and communicate with the workshops;</li><li>You'll update all the involved parties;</li><li>You'll <strong>monitor the agreements</strong>;</li><li>You'll follow the <strong>contract-related issues</strong> up and respect the imposed deadlines.</li></ul>
<p>As a <strong>customer service officer</strong> you can recognise yourself in the criteria below:</p><ul><li>Preferably you have gained a first experience in customer service;</li><li>You can easily work with the computer, especially with <strong>MS Office</strong>;</li><li>You're a social person with <strong>strong communication skills</strong>;</li><li>You have <strong>attention to detail</strong> and are <strong>stress-resistant</strong>;</li><li>You work <strong>organised</strong> and have <strong>great organizational and time management skills</strong>;</li><li>You must speak <strong>fluently</strong> <strong>Dutch/Polish/English.</strong></li><li>You work the <strong>weekend + Friday shift OR during the day. You work 40 hours/ week between 07.00-22.00h.</strong></li></ul>
