The role combines <strong>hands-on execution</strong>, <strong>team leadership</strong>, and <strong>architectural ownership</strong> of the Revenue tech stack.</p> <p>You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to design and operate a <strong>modern, AI-powered Revenue Operations function</strong> that drives efficiency, visibility, and growth.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h2> <h3><strong>🧠 RevOps Systems &amp; Architecture</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define and evolve the <strong>Revenue Operations tech stack architecture</strong> (Salesforce, Gong, Groove, Clay, and adjacent tools)</li> <li>Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of systems that support the full revenue lifecycle</li> <li>Ensure systems are <strong>scalable, integrated, and aligned to revenue processes</strong></li> <li>Drive standardization across workflows, data models, and system design</li> </ul> <h3><strong>🤖 GenAI Strategy &amp; Implementation</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of the <strong>RevOps GenAI roadmap</strong></li> <li>Identify and deploy <strong>AI-powered use cases</strong> across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing (e.g., pipeline insights, forecasting signals, call intelligence, workflow automation)</li> <li>Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to embed <strong>AI-native workflows and agents</strong></li> <li>Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into measurable revenue impact</li> </ul> <h3><strong>⚙️ Systems Implementation &amp; Operations</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own implementation and optimizat
