About the role
<p>We are looking for an Application Analyst & Support for one of our customers, a major player in its sector. You will be joining a dynamic team responsible for optimising and supporting business tools.</p><p>This role is ideal for an analytical, inquisitive and solutions-oriented professional with an affinity for technology and an excellent sense of service.</p><p>Your role will involve supporting applications, analyzing and testing new solutions, monitoring systems performance and contributing to their optimisation.</p>Your responsibilities will include<p><strong>Analysis & Testing</strong></p><ul><li>Participating in the testing and analysis phases of new solutions.</li><li>Contribute to the development of reporting systems and tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Support & User Assistance</strong></p><ul><li>Managing requests and incidents via a ticketing system.</li><li>Providing functional support to internal and external users.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance monitoring</strong></p><ul><li>Monitoring and optimising daily processes linked to the applications.</li><li>Analysing any anomalies and proposing appropriate solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Improvement & Optimisation</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to the development of business tools in conjunction with the technical teams.</li><li><p>Acting as a key contact for suppliers on interface adjustments and tests.</p><p> </p></li></ul>
<p>Profile<br>✔️ Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, systems management or similar field.<br>✔️ Experience: Initial experience in application support, functional analysis or reporting.<br>✔️ Skills :</p><ul><li>Good analytical skills and excellent command of Excel.</li><li>Ability to understand and optimise business processes.</li><li><p>Good communication and service skills.</p><p><br>✔️ Languages: Fluent French or Dutch + good command of English.<br>✔️ Soft skills: Autonomy, thoroughness and team spirit.</p></li></ul>
