The role is responsible for end-to-end management of large-scale BSS initiatives, including billing, CRM, product catalog, order management, charging, customer lifecycle, and digital channels, working across business and technology teams.&nbsp;You will act as the primary owner of delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.</p> <p data-start="448" data-end="863"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex telecom&nbsp;BSS programs from initiation to go-live and hypercare</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks across multiple workstreams</li> <li>Act as the primary interface between&nbsp;business, IT, vendors, and system integrators</li> <li>Oversee delivery of&nbsp;billing, CRM, order management, product catalog, and charging solutions</li> <li>Establish and run&nbsp;project governance, executive reporting, and steering committees</li> <li>Proactively identify and mitigate&nbsp;delivery risks, dependencies, and issues</li> <li>Ensure quality through&nbsp;UAT, cutover planning, and production readiness</li> <li>Drive&nbsp;vendor performance and contractual milestone delivery</li> <li>Support&nbsp;Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2750" data-end="2826">8–12+ years of project management experience in telecommunications</li> <li data-start="2750" data-end="2826">5+ years delivering large-scale BSS programs</li> <li data-start="2750" data-end="2826&quo
