Devops Engineer

<p>Are you the DevOps Engineer who turns complex infrastructure into seamless automation?</p><p>As a DevOps Engineer, you will join a chapter of experienced engineers focused on enabling application teams to deliver value safely and efficiently.</p><p>You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and operations.</p><p>Your mission is to simplify and streamline how teams build, deploy, and operate services in production.</p><p>You will design and maintain shared tooling, automation frameworks, and engineering standards that support the wider technology organisation.</p><p>This is a hands-on technical position with a strong collaborative component. Your day-to-day work will include infrastructure automation, CI/CD engineering, Kubernetes operations, observability improvements, and supporting development teams.</p>Role<ul><li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate delivery from development to production</li><li>Develop Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud environments in a repeatable and scalable way</li><li>Operate and optimize containerized workloads on managed Kubernetes platforms</li><li>Improve observability through dashboards, monitoring, and alerting solutions</li><li>Strengthen identity and access management practices using RBAC and managed identities</li><li>Support development teams with deployments, troubleshooting, and operational best practices</li><li>Contribute to internal engineering documentation and onboarding materials</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-team engineering initiatives</li></ul> Profile<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with a major public cloud platform (Microsoft Azure preferred)</li><li>Proven experience running production workloads on Kubernetes</li><li>Solid CI/CD expertise with pipeline-as-code approaches</li><li>Practical Infrastructure as Code experience</li><li>Comfortable working with Git and code review workflows</li><li>Strong production mindset with focus on reliability, security, and ownership</li><li>Clear written communication skills in English</li><li>Collaborative approach with developers, security teams, and external stakeholders</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with GitOps and declarative delivery models</li><li>Familiarity with API gateways and ingress technologies</li><li>Experience implementing dashboards and alerting as code</li><li>Knowledge of compliance and security standards such as ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, or SOC 2</li><li>Experience working in scaled agile environments</li><li>French and/or Dutch language skills</li></ul>
