In this role, you will support the requirements management process across complex, multidisciplinary engineering efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring requirements are well-structured, traceable, verifiable, and integrated into our product lifecycle. Your work will support the design and deployment of Oklo's products and services.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="654"> </p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="654"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Specific responsibilities may include:</strong></p> <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="696">Lead the configuration and use of Flow Engineering for the development and management of requirements across engineering teams</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="841">Collaborate with design, analysis, and regulatory teams to define and manage clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="967">Develop and maintain requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1062">Drive consistency and quality of requirements across technical disciplines, helping ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1204">Train and support team members in the use of Flow and best practices in systems thinking, requirements development and traceability through
