About the role
<p>As the on-site Station Manager at Changi Airport, you are the face of Blacklane for our airline partners and supply network. You are responsible for the end-to-end quality of our chauffeur-driven services. This role combines rigorous on-ground auditing with proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless, premium experience for every VIP guest.</p> <h3 class="col-md-6 pull-left">YOUR CHALLENGE:</h3> <div class="col-md-6 pull-left"> <div class="border"> <ul> <li><strong>Quality &amp; Audits</strong>: <ul> <li>Perform regular on-ground audits and quality checks of chauffeurs, vehicles, and greeters.</li> <li>Monitor and provide real-time training to ensure adherence to Blacklane’s premium standards.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: <ul> <li>Act as the central point of contact at SIN for airline partners on all quality matters.</li> <li>Develop and own relationships with internal teams and external supply partners.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Operational Management</strong>: <ul> <li>Ensure the successful operational execution of strategic partnerships at your station.</li> <li>Proactively communicate process changes to internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Supply Optimization</strong>: <ul> <li>Improve supply quality and engagement from professional chauffeurs.</li> <li>Provide local insights to Partner Support teams to ensure they can effectively assist our supply partners.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Review &amp; Reporting</strong>: <ul> <li>Lead quality checks within your station and participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) with Key Account Managers and Market Managers.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;ABOUT YOU:</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience</strong>: <ul> <li>3-4 years in airport operations, ground handling or premium hospitality management.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of Changi Airport flows and VIP service protocols.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Communication</strong>: <ul> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
