The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth</li> <li>Answer multi-line phones and assist patients with scheduling</li> <li>Check patients in and out efficiently</li> <li>Verify insurance information and collect patient payments</li> <li>Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records</li> <li>Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation</li> <li>Support patient flow and communication between departments</li> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li> <li>Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly</li> <li>Positive attitude and professional appearance</li> <li>Healthcare or medical office experience preferred</li> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation package
