We don't bolt AI onto broken workflows; we redesign them with AI at the core.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>At Visium, you'll have the opportunity to take on an entrepreneurial role, contributing to the organization’s growth and finding innovative ways to create meaningful impact for clients. Your mission will involve advising C-Level executives on their AI & Data strategies and guiding large-scale digital transformations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and a key source of strategic insight, overseeing and nurturing long-term client relationships while ensuring the highest quality of delivery.</p><p></p><p>As an Associate Partner you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li> Creating new business opportunities and expanding existing ones. Rely on your extensive network and collaborate with our business development team to create new business opportunities in LifeScience.</li><li>Engage with our client’s C-level stakeholders to understand their Data and AI related challenges, developing solutions and support them in implementing and scaling them in a sustainable way.</li><li>Lead and collaborate effectively within large cross-functional teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and provide leadership and direction to elevate our delivery capabilities. </li><li>Lead engagement teams in developing logical and insightful analyses; innovative & effective recommendations and high-quality deliverables.</li></ul><p>Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will play an active role in practice development.</p>
