As the organization continues to grow, the role will expand into broader recruiting coordination responsibilities, including interview scheduling, offer management, and talent operations support.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Recruiting Coordination &amp; Candidate Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Conduct candidate pre-screen conversations focused on logistics, process expectations, and NDA requirements.</li> <li>Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience.</li> <li>Collect and manage candidate documentation, including NDAs and onboarding materials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interview Scheduling &amp; Recruiting Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage interview logistics, confirmations, and calendar coordination across various time zones.</li> <li>Support recruiters with candidate tracking, pipeline management, and process administration.</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Offer &amp; Onboarding Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with preparing and coordinating offer letters
