<p><strong>Operational Excellence Lead – Wealth Operations</strong></p> <p>Location: London | <strong>Practice Area</strong>: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent</p> <p><strong>Transform wealth operations through Lean thinking, Agile delivery, and AI-enabled efficiency.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br>We are seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive optimisation and transformation across Wealth Management operations, spanning front, middle, and back-office environments.</p> <p>This role focuses on Lean-led operational improvement, value stream redesign, and AI-enabled process transformation. You will partner with client stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, deliver measurable performance improvements, and embed sustainable operating model change across onboarding, servicing, and core operational processes.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead wealth operations optimisation initiatives across onboarding, servicing, and core operational processes</li> <li>Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and value stream mapping to identify cost, efficiency, and quality improvement opportunities</li> <li>Design and deliver Agile-led operational transformation programmes</li> <li>Identify and implement AI-enabled automation and process redesign use cases</li> <li>Track and evidence measurable efficiency gains, cost optimisation, and service improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience within Wealth Management operations (front, middle, and/or back office)</li> <li>Demonstrable delivery of Lean-led operational transformation programmes</li> <li>Experience in value stream mapping, cost optimisation, and process redesign</li> <li>Exposure to Agile transformation within operational environments</li> <li>Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate operational insights into strategic outcomes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience delivering onboarding or servicing optimisation within wealth environments</li> <li>Practical experience identifying and implementing automation or AI-enabled efficiency solutions</li> <li>Exposure to post-integration or platform-enabled operational transformation</li> <li>Consulting experience within Wealth & Asset Management</li> <li>Cross-functional transformation experience spanning technology and operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Capco</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver high-impact operational transformation for leading wealth institutions</li&gt
