You will play an important role in supporting daily operations and creating a positive office experience for both employees and visitors, while taking ownership of office initiatives and internal &amp; external events.</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Your Role</strong></span></h2> <p>As an Operations &amp; Office Success Manager, you will support a wide range of operational, administrative, and coordination activities across the business. Working closely with our People and Finance team, you will help ensure processes run efficiently and contribute to an engaging and well-organized workplace.</p> <p>You will be responsible for:</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Office Management</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.</li> <li>Manage office supplies, weekly office orders, and storage systems.</li> <li>Handle and organize incoming physical mail for HR and Finance.</li> <li>Coordinate office improvements, including decoration projects and furniture orders for new office spaces.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Finance Support</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Process accounts payable in Exact Online.</li> <li>Manage company credit card and employee expense report administration.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.&
