You’ll be part of a supportive Scandinavian team, working closely with the Danish Team Leader and collaborating with colleagues across the company.</p><p></p><h3><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h3><p></p><ul><li>Guide customers through onboarding, documentation, and product information</li><li>Provide accurate and helpful support regarding products, services, and payment options</li><li>Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities</li><li>Communicate with customers via email, SMS, and phone</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements</li><li>Work closely with Payments and Collections teams to ensure clear, efficient processes</li><li>Contribute to maintaining a friendly, positive team culture</li><li>Assist with various customer service–related tasks as needed</li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Help prepare sales reports and documentation</li><li>Support training and onboarding of new colleagues</li><li>Assist in documenting workflows and team processes</li><li>Suggest improvements to tools, systems, and routines</li><li>Handle ad hoc tasks requested by the Head of New Markets</li></ul>
