You will own the technical architecture and delivery strategy for projects, proactively engaging with clients to define requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical specifications, and overseeing the development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of robust Adobe marketing solutions.</p> <p>Furthermore, your tasks include:</p> <ul> <li>Leading the implementation of new features, bug fixes, and complex configurations across diverse Adobe environments.</li> <li>Collaborating strategically with Architects and Technical Project Managers to define and approve technical specifications, ensure accurate estimates, and orchestrate strategic deployment plans.</li> <li>Personally tackling the most complex technical investigations and troubleshooting issues, while empowering your team to resolve their own challenges.</li> <li>Providing comprehensive mentorship, coaching, and performance management to your team (Associate and other Developers), fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.</li> <li>Ensuring the successful integration, testing, and deployment of client applications and platforms, applying rigorous quality assurance methods.</li> <li>Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, especially within the Adobe ecosystem, to continually enhance our offerings and provide innovative solutions.</li> <li
