What does the employer reply SLA mean?
Employers who post on JAC commit to a 48-hour first-reply SLA as a condition of listing. If they breach it, their listing automatically loses visibility in candidate feeds. This is enforced by the platform — not aspirational. Median time-to-first-reply is currently 18 hours.
